Footprint is currently in its third year of providing products which include athletic and casual footwear, accessories and apparel. We are located at William Cullen Bryant High School, 48-10 31st Avenue in Long Island CIty, NY with a dedicated team of 22 employees. In September 2011 Footprint was incorporated and issued 3,600 shares common stock at $10 per value to our present company Virtual Enterprise COrporation (VEC) in exchange for our fixed assets. Footprint was financially certified in September 2013 enabling the company to issue stock for $300,000 at $9.52 above the $10 per value (transaction issued in October 2013).
Footprint's main Focus is athletic Footwear which includes basketball, baseball, soccer, football and running sneakers. Our casual footwear and accessories include: casual shoes,boots, casual sneakers, sandals, flats, pedometers, sunglasses, backpacks headbands/wristbands, and sports gear. All accessories are tailored to both male and female.
